Registration & Guidelines

General rules:

  • We request you to read the registration guidelines before processing for the registration.
  • Conference Registration is mandatory to all members who wish to attend the Workshop.
  • Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, Inaugural Functi Lunches and Evening Functions.
  • Please provide all the necessary details as required in the form; it will be used for thei im y conference communication purpose only.
  • Please preserve photocopy of all submissions for your record.
  • PG students have to submit the details of Institution and HOD.
  • Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons/natural calamities.
  • Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

General rules:

  • All Cancellation of registration request will be accepted only if sent by email from your registered email address or by post to the conference secretariat.
  • The refund process will begin after 15 days of completion of conference and note the bank's charges paid on online payment will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refund will be made for cancellation after 29th Feb 2024.

Free Paper and Poster Presentation

Members of FOGSI who are registered delegates are invited to submit scientific abstract in word (in 200 words) format on original research work or case series for free paper. Case series / Case report for Poster Presentation.

Abstract Details

  • Last date for submission 15 Feb 2024 (please specify the topic).
  • Abstract for both free paper and poster can be sent by email to [email protected] or [email protected].
  • Abstract must be compatible word document format.
  • Title should be in capital letters.
  • Author and Co-author name to be mentioned in the abstract.
  • The name of the presenter to be mentioned and the institute/hospital name of the presenter also to be mentioned in the abstract.
  • Certificates will be issued only to the presenter.
  • During poster judging (time will be notified) the presence of presenter is mandatory. Failing which the posier will not be eligible for judging.
  • Size 2ft width x 2ftlength (please maintain the size).
  • Numbers will be allotted to each posters, under which the posters has to be displayed.
  • There is scope for only 20 Free Papers & 14 Posters.
