Guidelines & Submission

• Registration for the conference is must before submitting the full paper.
• Manuscript should be submitted in MS word format through the link provided in the website.
• Registration ID should be mentioned above the title.
• Title: Limited to 20 words, Times New Roman, 14 points, Bold.
• Author details with affiliation should be mentioned below the title.
• Name of the presenting author should be bold and underlined.
• Body: Structured, Limited to 3500 words (Excluding title, abstract, references), Times New Roman, 12 points, Line spacing of 1inch.
• Tables and figures should be serially numbered.
• References should be cited in Vancour style at the end of the paper.
• The last date for submission is 15th August 2024.
• Author should declare that the study is original and unpublished at the end of the manuscript.
• Corresponding author of the selected full paper will be notified within a week of last date for submission.
• The full paper will be evaluated by the reviewers and judges for the relevance to the themes, quality, content, presentation skills and satisfactory response to queries.
• The best full paper will be awarded at the Valedictory.
• Decision of the judges is final.

• Registration for the conference is a must before submitting the abstract.
• Abstract should be submitted through the link provided on the website.
• Registration ID, subtheme, and choice of presentation (Oral/Poster) should be mentioned above the title.
• Abstract Title: Limited to 20 words, Times New Roman, 14 points, Upper case, Bold.
• The details of the authors with affiliation should be mentioned below the title.
• Name of the presenting author should be bold and underlined.
• Abstract Body: Limited to 300 words. (Excluding title, keywords), Structured, Times New Roman, 12 points, Line spacing: 1 inch.
• Keywords: Maximum 5 words.
• The last date for submission of the abstract is 15th August 2024.
• Corresponding author of the selected abstracts will be notified within a week of the last date for submission.
• The best oral and poster presentation will be awarded at the Valedictory.

Theme: Preventing Antimicrobial Resistance Together

• Registration for the conference is compulsory to participate.
• Short video should not exceed 3 minutes and should be related to the theme.
• Name of the participant, registration ID should be mentioned at the end of the short video.
• Upload the short video in the link provided on the website.
• Last date to upload the short video is 15th August 2024.
• The best short video will be awarded at the Valedictory.
